Oh-so-simple to make, they turn a plain old notebook into a must-have stationery item that you’ll want to have on hand at all times! DIY notebook cover materials
- DIY notebook cover templates
- Shopping list notebooks (approx 15x7.5cm)
- Coloured card
- Glue
- Optional Velcro dot for closing

Trim 9.5x7.5cm of coloured card and score down the long side at 7cm and 7.5cm. Trim another 27x7.5cm of card and score down the long side at 15cm and 15.5cm.

Use the template as a guide to trim into shape the unscored end of the shorter piece of card. Attach the flap on the shorter piece of card to the top of the longer piece.

Valley fold each score line and attach the notepad inside the inner score lines. Fold both parts of the notebook across the front and then decorate. Secure the flap with a velcro dot.
