Sort Your Life Out - Episode one

The first episode aired on the 11th Feb, and we met a family of six whose lively home was in desperate need of decluttering. The family were ordered to pack up all of their belongings to be taken to a warehouse.

Their items are spread out in the warehouse to see the extent of their clutter. They then face the challenge of deciding what to keep. Among the 400 boxes that were unpacked from the Appleyards' home, the team found over 2,000 greeting cards, 74 Christmas pine cones and 99 odd socks.
