Lucie is a freelance designer with over 25 years-experience in creating cross stitch patterns for magazines, books and needlecraft companies in the UK and around the world. Her work has been featured in Cross Stitch Gold, The World of Cross Stitching, Cross Stitcher, Just Cross Stitch and Cross Stitch Crazy. She enjoys creating designs that bring pleasure to all who stitch them and loves to see stitchers bring her patterns to life. She loves walking in the countryside and studying nature to relax, which is often where she finds inspiration. Her favourite things to cross stitch are personalised gifts: “my most recent project was stitching my beautiful new granddaughter’s name with a sweet little bird onto a sleep-suit for her.”
