Joan Elliott

Joan Elliott is a beloved American cross stitch designer who, though mostly retired from creating commissioned cross stitch designs is still a massive force in the cross stitch community. Her work is intricate and detailed, and she often suggests bespoke hand-dyed fabrics from Polstiches Designs for her creations for an extra touch of luxury. Famous for fantasy scenes and story-book ladies, Joan's cute creations are also wonderful and she seems to be able to turn her hand to anything. She splits her time between New York and Vermont, where she has an impressive vegetable garden which is occasionally raided by bears.
