Amanda Berry

Amanda Berry designs knitting patterns for toys stuffed with fluff and fuzz! She learned the basics of knitting as a girl, but it wasn’t until many years later that she rediscovered the craft. She then took the plunge on a career change into design, studied at London College of Fashion, and has spent over a decade as a full-time freelance designer. She specialises in making toys and home accessories and her designs have been featured in titles including Simply Knitting, Knit Now, Let’s Knit, and even Your Cat! Amanda has worked with yarn brands and stores to create exclusive toy designs, including for the online retailers LoveCrafts and Deramores.As well as crating Amanda loves taking long walks in the Berkshire countryside near her home, and says she is also a very amateur birdwatcher.
