Allison Richter

Quilt pattern designer and starch appliqué advocate Allison is an American sewist and quilt designer making Germany her home. She mixes traditional patchwork piecing with large appliqué to create fun quilt patterns which are loved around the world. She shares her patterns, tutorials and video guides on her website, www.campbellsoupdiary.com. She founded the online fabric website Still Water Designs in 2007 and launched Sweetpea Designs in 2012, before switching to full time quilting in 2016. Her patterns have been featured in Love Patchwork & Quilting magazine, Sew Mama Sew, Anna Magazin and Lena’s Patchwork. She teaches quilting and patchwork classes in Karlsruhe, Germany.
