Where can I buy dolls' house furniture?
There are plenty of places you can buy dollhouse furniture. Before you find a retailer it's important to think about what kind of furniture you want. Do you want wooden furniture or porcelain? Give miniature babies their dream nursey with Melody Jane's set. Melody Jane is a huge online dollhouse furniture company. They sell everything from intricate dollhouses and traditional figures to tiny accessories and furniture sets. This eight-piece set comes with everything a nursery would need. Make sure you also check out their accessories, they're so cute!
7. Miniature fireplace set
Etsy is a great place to buy dollhouse furniture. You'll find lots of unique one-off pieces that will give your doll's house a more modern feel. This little fireplace piece is so cool and will add a cosy feel to your dollhouse. Lana Hut has some gorgeous furniture on her Etsy shop - it's well worth a browse.
8. Wooden garden furniture set
Argos sells some great kids' dollhouse pieces including this colourful garden set. They'll love playing with these tiny park items and pet doggie. All their sets come painted and are super affordable, often being under £10 for several pieces.
9. Porcelain Bathroom Set
As well as more basic sets, Amazon also sells some really ornate pieces. This gorgeous porcelain bathroom set will look so elegant in traditional dollhouses. We'd recommend sticking to wooden furniture sets for young children as porcelain can shatter. Older childer (12+) will love this grown-up bathroom set. Modern, affordable, and super tiny - this kit from Petite Amelie is perfect for empty dollhouses. The 19 pieces will fit in bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms. There's even a tiny desk and chair! Finally, if you want truly vintage dollhouse furniture then Sherbet Lemoni is the Etsy shop for you. They find and sell vintage dollhouse pieces just like this set from the 1980s. Have a browse through their shop but be sure to buy the pieces fast - there's often only one set available so you'll need to snatch it up quick. We love the heart pattern and gold ornate bed!
